Due to a lack of traffic to this website, I will be taking it down in the next few months. My focus is researching our family history and not maintaining a website that has generated very little interest.  Thank you to all that has visited this site in the past. Blessing to you all!

I intend to provide our family with a bit of family history.  For over 25 years now, I have been trying to collect historical information about my family, mainly on my mother's side of the family. I only hope that the information I have collected will be found to be interesting to you, as it is to me. 

Off and on for years, we attended family reunions and had many family events at my childhood home.  For as long as I can remember, my aunts, uncles, and cousins have played an enormous part in my life.  Now that I am older and reflecting on past gatherings, I often wonder how our ancestors interacted with each other, their communications were quite different, and transportation resources were limited.  Today we have cell phones and social media!

I want to know more about our family's past and present. I am creating this website to provide information I collected on Ancestry.com and other resources.  We need to know where we came from to know where we are going!!!  Our ancestors built this country on their backs to have a better future.
